Aragonia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of EU courts.
